Ryan Cowley serves as Owner & CEO of Infinity Orthotics, Prosthetics & Rehab Science, guiding the company with a focus on innovation, compassionate care, and strong partnerships with the medical community. Since joining Infinity in 2013, Ryan has played a key role in the company’s growth and evolution, helping establish and grow the Rehab Science Division while strengthening Infinity’s collaborative care model across North Alabama.
A graduate of the University of Alabama, Ryan holds a degree in Health and Business Management. His background combines clinical insight with business acumen, allowing him to bridge the gap between patient care, physician collaboration, and operational excellence.
In 2025, Ryan acquired Infinity from founder Kip Hicks, marking a seamless transition built on over a decade of shared leadership, vision, and dedication. Under his leadership, Infinity continues its commitment to quality, personalized care while expanding opportunities for innovation in orthotics, prosthetics, and rehabilitative services.
Ryan’s leadership reflects the values that have defined Infinity since its founding: integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to improve lives through mobility and independence.
Clinical Leadership

Marion provides advanced clinical and technical expertise in both orthotic and prosthetic care. Whether improving biomechanics to correct or prevent deformities or restoring mobility and independence through prosthetic solutions, he approaches every patient with skill, precision, and genuine compassion.
His commitment to personalized care ensures that each treatment plan is tailored to the patient's individual goals and needs.

Reese was drawn to the field by his passion for working directly with patients and his love of hands-on, creative problem-solving. He finds it especially meaningful to see individuals walk into the office facing mobility challenges and leave standing confidently on a new prosthesis.
Outside of the clinic, Reese enjoys time with his wife, Kaylee, and their three daughters, Margot, Mary Collins, and Amelia. He is active in his church community and values fitness, exercise, and Auburn athletics.

Ashton completed her two-year clinical residency with Infinity and returned to the team in October 2024. Her engineering background allows her to stay at the forefront of emerging technology in the orthotics and prosthetics field.
Her passion for prosthetic care, particularly serving veterans, is deeply personal. Ashton’s grandfather is an above-knee amputee who lost his leg while serving in the United States Marine Corps, inspiring her commitment to helping patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence.

Kacy supports both patients and staff, ensuring clinical standards are upheld while fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Her steady leadership and depth of knowledge contribute to the high level of care Infinity is known for throughout the community.
Her commitment to excellence continues to strengthen the quality and integrity of Infinity’s Rehab Science division.
Patient Advocacy & Support

For years, Shawn led a local amputee support group, creating a space for encouragement, education, and shared understanding. He later co-founded the Empower Amputee & Family Support Network to expand that mission and provide broader resources for the amputee community.
As a licensed prosthetic assistant, Shawn combines personal insight with clinical knowledge, offering steady mentorship and reassurance to patients at every stage of their rehabilitation journey.

Through his recovery, Josh developed a passion for peer mentorship and advocacy. He co-founded the Empower Amputee & Family Support Network to provide structured support, resources, and connection for amputees and their families across North Alabama.
Today, Josh brings resilience, encouragement, and firsthand understanding to the patients he serves, helping individuals regain mobility, confidence, and independence while reminding them they are never navigating limb loss alone.
Technical & Lab Services

James oversees prosthetic fabrication processes, ensuring each device is crafted with accuracy, durability, and individualized attention. His commitment to quality workmanship directly supports patient outcomes and reflects Infinity’s high standards of care.

Jessie works closely with patients while contributing detailed lab craftsmanship that supports reliable, high-quality outcomes. Her ability to bridge clinical care and fabrication helps ensure each device meets the individualized needs of the patient.

After retiring from the Air Force, Alan spent eight years with Alaska Fish and Game, adding even more hands-on experience to his diverse background. His attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and steady work ethic make him a valuable part of the lab team.
Outside of work, Alan enjoys spending time with his wife, Angie. They have been married for almost 33 years and have two adult children.
